The world famous Gita Govinda, composed by the poet Jayadeva, contains references to over 40 plants and trees. In honour of that immortal work, we put up a Miyawaki-style forest in a 120 sq.m plot at Puliyarakonam, with over 60 varieties of plants and trees, including those mentioned in the work. They were planted in January 2020.
